Key Responsibilities |

Leave of Absence: |
|
Leave administration: Administer the end-to-end leave process, from initial request to return to work. This includes processing applications, gathering paperwork, determining eligibility, sending employee communication, updating HRIS and dashboards, and documenting leave |

Communication and support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave-related questions, and provide guidance on leave policies and procedures |

Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential employee files and records related to leave requests |

Reporting and analysis: Monitor and track leave usage, analyze data, and generate reports as needed |

Benefit Administration: |
|
Program administration: Set up new employee health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans (e.g., 401(k)) in HRIS system. |
|
Program Monitor: Monitor new employees and employees with changes in their open enrollment process to ensure timely completion |
|
HRIS administration: Administer employment records in our HRIS and raise any questions and concerns |
|
Unemployment Administration: |
|
Claims administration: Process all unemployment claims from start to finish. This includes reviewing claims, gathering documentation, ensuring timely responses, and verifying the eligibility of former employees |
|
Reporting and analysis: Track and analyze unemployment claim trends to identify areas of risk and potential cost savings. |
|
Record keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all unemployment claims and related documents |
|
Employee Onboarding: |
|
Workflow administration: Track and monitor successful completion on onboarding task. Email and communicate with new employee to ensure they understand the process. Communicate to HR and Manager of completion and concerns |
|
New hire support: Act as a primary point of contact for new employees, addressing questions and concerns about their new role and the company |
|
Record keeping: Act as a primary point of contact for new employees, addressing questions and concerns about their new role and the company |
|
Process improvement: Act as a primary point of contact for new employees, addressing questions and concerns about their new role and the company |
|
HRIS data collection and processing : |
|
Background Check filing: Maintaining confidentiality and filing (electronically) completed background checks by employee |
|
HRIS filing: Maintaining confidentiality and filing (electronically) various forms |
|
General Updates: Updating records in the HRIS as requested |
|
Other Duties: |
|
Maintain high level of confidentiality |
|
Maintain regular and predictable attendance |
|
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned |
|
High attention to detail and organizational skills |
|
Analytical and problem-solving abilities |

Discretion when handling sensitive information |

Proficiency with Paylocity HRIS |
|

Must have 0-1 years of experience in Data Entry
Nice to have knowledge in Analytical and problem-solving abilities
