Job Duties:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support operations in the solar energy sector. This role is critical in ensuring our residential and commercial customers receive exceptional service before, during, and after installation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably within renewable energy or technical industries, and a passion for sustainable solutions. 

 Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Renewable Energy, or a related field. 

  • Electrical Engineer with PV background 

  • 3–5 years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. 

  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is highly preferred. 

  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, basic electrical concepts, and the customer lifecycle in solar projects. 

  • Proficient in CRM systems and customer support platforms. 

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. 

 

Education Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma
Good to have a Bachelor’s Degree

Skill Requirements:

Nice to have knowledge in PVsyst
Nice to have knowledge in Technical Support
