Role Overview
We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to execute step-by-step SOPs for setting up Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns and basic automations using GoHighLevel (GHL) and Make.
This role is execution-focused, not strategy-based.
No prior marketing or automation expertise is required. You will be given very detailed, click-by-click instructions and are expected to follow them precisely.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, process-driven, and comfortable working inside software tools.
Key Responsibilities
Follow written SOPs exactly to:
Set up Meta Ads campaigns (campaigns, ad sets, ads)
Input targeting, budgets, creatives, and copy as provided
Build basic automations in GoHighLevel using provided workflows
Configure simple Make scenarios based on step-by-step instructions
Copy and paste data accurately between platforms
Double-check setups for accuracy before marking tasks complete
Flag errors or unclear steps instead of guessing
Document completion with screenshots or checklists (as instructed)
Required Skills & Traits
Extremely detail-oriented
Strong ability to follow instructions without deviation
Comfortable working with multiple browser tabs and tools
Basic computer literacy (forms, dashboards, dropdowns, copying data)
Reliable internet connection
Clear written communication (English)

Everything is provided via SOP.

Meta Ads Manager
