We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and execution-focused Local Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and customer engagement efforts. This role requires a self-starter who can independently conceptualize, develop, and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive local awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue. Experience in the solar or renewable energy space is an asset.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Brand Building
Develop innovative marketing concepts and brand-building initiatives tailored to local market needs.
Create and execute memorable campaigns, community partnerships, and outreach programs that elevate brand awareness.
Ensure cohesive, compelling brand storytelling across all offline and online touchpoints.
Ownership of Initiatives
Independently propose, plan, and execute creative marketing projects from ideation to completion.
Test new channels, tactics, partnerships, and content formats to drive growth.
Continuously refine strategies based on performance, insights, and market opportunities.
Project Management
Lead end-to-end execution of marketing projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.
Maintain strong organization and prioritization across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality marketing outputs.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor marketing team members with a focus on creativity, accountability, and results.
Foster a collaborative culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Digital & Ecommerce Marketing
Oversee ecommerce performance across Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, and other online platforms.
Collaborate on content, conversion optimization, product listings, and customer journey improvements.
Identify new digital opportunities to enhance online visibility and sales.
Advertising Strategy Development
Build and implement data-driven advertising strategies using personas, audience research, and market insights.
Manage campaigns across all digital channels including social media, search, display, retargeting, and marketplaces.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising performance to maximize ROI.
Data Analytics & Dashboarding
Build dashboards and reporting tools to track marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and KPIs.
Analyze data to uncover insights, guide decision-making, and support strategic planning.
Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in creative brand development with a portfolio of campaigns and initiatives.
Building and developing marketing funnels
Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Demonstrated team leadership experience.
Solar or related industry experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, and other ecommerce platforms.
Experience with ASANA or similar project management tools
Expertise in digital advertising, persona-based marketing, and multi-channel campaign execution.
Ability to build dashboards and perform data analysis to support decision-making.
Track record of success demonstrated through brands, campaigns, or projects previously managed.
