Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role focused on managing and growing a single product line within our portfolio.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, and driving revenue growth. A scientific background is preferred (B.S, M.S or PhD) . We will provide training on our products and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales for an assigned product line- Identify, qualify, and follow up with new and existing leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Conduct outbound outreach (email, calls, virtual meetings)
- Prepare quotes and coordinate with internal order processing
- Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales experience (inside sales, account management, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or related life science field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Familiarity with cell culture, organoids, stem cell research, or laboratory workflows is advantageous
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
