Good Communication and Experience in IT Sales

Job Duties:

The primary responsibilities of this role include identifying and developing new business opportunities through detailed research and analysis. This involves understanding the client's needs, proposing suitable IT solutions, and working closely with the sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to propose tailored IT solutions to potential clients.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
3. Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting.
4. Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management.
5. Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
2. Proven experience in IT sales, pre-sales, or a similar role.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
7. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Education Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
Must have a Associate’s Degree
Must have a High School Diploma
Good to have a Master’s Degree

Skill Requirements:

Nice to have knowledge in Good Communication and Experience in IT Sales
