We are seeking a highly responsive and professional Receptionist / Client Relations Coordinator based in Latin America to manage inbound calls and support our administrative team within a luxury villa rental company.
Primary Responsibilities
• Answer and manage inbound phone calls throughout the day (high responsiveness required)
• Communicate with clients in a polished, friendly, and confident manner
• Qualify inquiries and demonstrate basic sales ability when speaking with potential clients
• Maintain and update the CRM system
• Perform data entry, organize spreadsheets, and handle general administrative tasks
• Support the operations team with various assigned tasks
Requirements
• Based in Latin America with strong availability during working hours
• Extremely fluent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and data entry
• Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to interact with high-end clientele in a refined and professional way
• Quiet home office with no background noise during calls
• Stable high-speed internet connection and reliable computer setup
• Professional call quality (good microphone or headset required)
This role is primarily phone-based client communication, with secondary responsibilities supporting our admin and operations team. The candidate must be comfortable speaking with high-net-worth clientele and representing a luxury brand with professionalism and discretion.
