The primary responsibilities of this role include analyzing business operations and strategies to identify new opportunities. You will be tasked with conducting market research to understand trends and industry knowledge. You will also be responsible for developing and monitoring data quality metrics and ensuring business data and reporting needs are met.
In the administrative aspect of the role, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience in business administration or related field is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and evaluate the current business processes and identify areas of improvement.
2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
3. Create and manage documentation and reports for business operations and process workflows.
4. Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
5. Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
6. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
7. Maintain and update company databases.
8. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
2. Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
5. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
6. Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
7. Strong problem-solving aptitude.
8. BSc/BA in Business Administration or related field.
9. Proficient in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
10. Working knowledge of business software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
