1. Develop financial strategies and action plans.
2. Monitor financial performance, initiate corrective actions.
3. Report financial status, analyze variances, and develop improvements.
4. Build and report financial KPIs, Forecasts
5. Analyze expenses and recommend cost-saving strategies
6. Analyze AR and implement to reduce Days Sales Outstanding.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience as a CFO/Finance head or relevant role.
3. Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
4. Proficient in financial analysis, forecasting, MS Office, and financial software.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. CFA/CPA or similar certification is a plus.
