Position Summary
Pacific Rim Door Service is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to support our hiring efforts across field, operations, and office roles. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for positions including door technicians, project managers, and office staff.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and experienced in full-cycle recruiting support, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, databases, and networking platforms

Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for:
- Door Technicians
- Project Managers
- Office/Administrative Staff
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates
Candidate Screening & Coordination
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate next steps
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Recruiting Operations
- Post and manage job listings across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems or shared tools
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, pipeline status, and challenges
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Support recruiting initiatives to meet hiring timelines and operational needs
- Assist with onboarding coordination as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of recruiting experience (required)
- Experience sourcing and screening candidates across multiple roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct effective phone screenings and assess candidate fit
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience working remotely or supporting U.S.-based teams preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades or service-based industries (technicians, construction, field services)
- Familiarity with platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ATS systems
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
