Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Creator Technical Engineer to design, develop, and implement customized business applications using the Zoho Creator platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Deluge scripting, API integrations, and a deep understanding of Zoho’s suite of applications. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to automate business processes and deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Zoho Creator.
-Write advanced Deluge (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment) scripts for workflows, custom functions, and integration logic.
-Integrate Zoho Creator with other Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Projects, etc.) and third-party platforms via APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
-Perform data modeling, form and report creation, user role management, and automation setup.
-Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of applications.
-Create and maintain documentation for applications, code, and technical processes.
-Provide technical support and resolve issues related to deployed Zoho Creator apps.
-Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to best practices in all solutions delivered.
-Train end-users and team members on application usage and updates.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Formal Education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Creator.
-Proficiency in Deluge scripting and understanding of Zoho Creator’s architecture.
-Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration techniques.
-Familiarity with other Zoho apps like CRM, Books, Projects, Inventory is a plus.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with data migration, automation, and custom reporting.
-Knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM certification(s).
-Experience working in agile/scrum project management environments.
-Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, or Zoho Flow).
-Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, or other compliance frameworks, depending on industry.
