Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Contact Manager to join our Farmers Insurance agency. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our licensed agents. Your work will play a key role in helping our agency grow by ensuring potential clients are promptly contacted and properly guided toward the right insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up with new and existing leads from marketing campaigns and referrals

- Qualify prospects by gathering basic information about their insurance needs

- Schedule appointments for licensed agents to review coverage options

- Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in our CRM

- Follow up with warm leads who have previously shown interest

- Help nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent communication

- Meet daily call and appointment-setting targets
Qualifications:

- Strong communication and phone skills

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits

- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects

- Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers is preferred but not required

- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
