The Success Engineer executes on bug fixes, customer issue resolution, proactive issue detection, feature release validation, and new customer implementations across StratiFi's platform. This mid-level role works under the guidance of the Success Engineering Manager, investigating and resolving customer-reported issues, fixing bugs across the full stack (Python/Django backend, JavaScript/React frontend), monitoring dashboards and alerts to catch issues before customers do, and validating new feature releases for quality. The ultimate goal of this role is to prevent customer churn by ensuring issues are detected early, resolved quickly, and never repeated.
Key Accountabilities:
Investigate and resolve customer-reported bugs and issues across the full stack
Execute bug fixes in Python/Django and JavaScript/React codebases ● Monitor dashboards and alerts to detect issues proactively before customers report them
Validate new feature releases and flag quality issues before they reach customers
