Insurance Sales Development Representative

The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business by contacting potential customers and gathering information to then hand over to our sales team to quote and sell insurance to the prospect. You will be required to call and promote all types of new insurance policies or suggest additions/changes to existing ones. 

 

What You’ll Do

• Call and follow up with warm leads, cold leads and existing customers
• Help generate new opportunities for our sales team
• Build referral relationships with realtors, lenders, and local businesses
• Track marketing and outreach activity
• Set appointments for our licensed agents
• Send out reminder Text, Emails and or phone calls

• Comfortable speaking with people on the phone
• Organized and goal-oriented
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Marketing or social media experience is a plus
