Job Duties:

  • Call outbound leads already in the CRM system

  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish

  • Qualify leads by gathering property details, condition, timeline, motivation, and price expectations

  • Build rapport and maintain a positive, helpful tone with all sellers

  • Schedule qualified appointments or transfer hot leads to the acquisitions team

  • Perform consistent follow-up with warm and unresponsive leads

  • Accurately log call notes, lead status, and next steps in the CRM

  • Meet daily activity standards for calls, texts, and follow-up

  • Ensure no lead goes unanswered or unworked
