The Product Manager owns the path from customer problem to shipped product — turning
client’s strategy into a prioritized roadmap, a continuously ready backlog, and clear answers for the people waiting on product. This role exists so that engineering is always working on the right thing, stakeholders always know what is shipping and when, and the product reliably advances client’s move from ~$2M into recurring scale.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and validate customer, market, and internal feedback to identify product opportunities.
Own product roadmap planning, prioritization, and backlog management aligned with business goals.
Create clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready specifications.
Coordinate product releases, monitor adoption, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and analytics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product status, timelines, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership.
