The Shopify Product Listing Assistant is responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on the Shopify platform. This role ensures all product information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards to support sales and enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written English and product copywriting skills
Basic understanding of e-commerce and online retail operations
Familiarity with Shopify admin interface
Basic knowledge of SEO principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Magento)
Basic image editing skills (e.g., Photoshop, Canva)
Understanding of product tagging and categorization strategies
Experience with bulk product uploads and CSV management
At least 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, data entry, or product listing (preferred)
