We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Administrator to
manage, monitor, and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring
high availability, security, and performance across all systems, servers, and network
components. You will work closely with management to maintain best practices,
troubleshoot issues, and lead system upgrades and improvements.
Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
Policies and Procedures
• Follow policies, procedures, and industry best practices;
• Develop new procedures as necessary. Document all steps for review and
approval by management.
Systems & Server Management
• Manage all host servers running Windows Server 2025 Datacenter;
• Manage and maintain all virtual machines (currently Windows Server
2019);
• Plan and execute upgrades of VM servers to Windows Server 2026;
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application
software,
and system management tools;
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of systems and
infrastructure;
• Develop, document, and implement a Zero-Trust Architecture plan,
including security groups, OUs, GPOs, and user accounts.
Virtualization & Microsoft Stack
• Install, configure, and manage Windows System Center tools (SCVMM,
SCCM, etc.);
• Install, configure, and manage RDS;
• Build, manage, and deploy VM server templates;
• Monitor system performance and perform proactive maintenance
Active Directory
• Implement and Manage a tiered zero-trust architecture;
• Manage Active Directory, security groups, and OUs;
• Create, maintain, and enforce Group Policies (GPOs);
• Implement and manage permissions bas on GPOs;
• Implement security best practices;
Networking & Infrastructure
• Manage network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and routers;
• Troubleshoot network and server-related issues;
• Ensure proper documentation of network.
Automation
• Develop Powershell scripts to automate tasks and integrate with internal
systems;
• Build procedures which utilize scripts.
Troubleshooting
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems;
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues.
