Job Duties:

Primary responsibilities of this role include managing calendars, setting up meetings, and handling correspondence on behalf of executives. The Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for creating reports, presentations, and briefs. Additionally, the role involves managing social media accounts and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
2. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
3. Develop and maintain a filing system.
4. Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
5. Maintain contact lists.
6. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
7. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.


Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
2. Familiarity with current technologies and virtual collaborative platforms.
3. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
4. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar).
5. Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
6. Excellent time management skills.
7. Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
8. High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
