Job Duties:

  1- Administrative Support. - Manage calendars and schedule appointments, organize and respond to emails, Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets.

 2- Communication & Customer Support. - Answer and route phone calls or messages, respond to customer inquiries via email, chat or social media, Draft correspondence and professional communications, follow up with clients, vendors, or team members.

3- Project & Task Management. - Track project timelines, Coordinate between departments or team members, Create task list and manage deadlines, Research and compile information for reports.

4- Marketing & Communications. - Update social media with project photos/updates

5- Financial & Office Support. - Prepare invoices, and receipts, Track expenses and maintain budget spreadsheets, Collect and organize job site receipts and cost reports, schedule site meetings, inspections.

Education Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma
Good to have a Bachelor’s Degree
Good to have a Associate’s Degree
