Organizational skills and multitasking abilities are a MUST. Good interpersonal skills are necessary.
Must be able to clear voicemail mailboxes, help with incoming phone calls, as well as check and book appointments from electronic fax referrals.
Must assist the physician or nurse practitioner in the clinical office setting when a Spanish interpreter is required.
Must interact with the in-office staff when emergency or crucial messages must be delivered.
Must become proficient at scheduling in NexTech software system.
