Job Duties:

We need an energetic, enthusiastic bilingual scheduler/interpreter for a busy general dermatology office.

Organizational skills and multitasking abilities are a MUST.  Good interpersonal skills are necessary.

Must be able to clear voicemail mailboxes, help with incoming phone calls, as well as check and book appointments from electronic fax referrals. 

Must assist the physician or nurse practitioner in the clinical office setting when a Spanish interpreter is required. 

Must interact with the in-office staff when emergency or crucial messages must be delivered.

Must become proficient at scheduling in NexTech software system.


Education Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma
Good to have a Bachelor’s Degree
Good to have a Associate’s Degree

Skill Requirements:

Nice to have knowledge in Literacy and mild Spanish accent
Nice to have knowledge in Organization, multitasking, speed
Nice to have knowledge in Kind personality
Nice to have knowledge in Time management and works efficiently from home
