Job Duties:

The Customer Adoption & Growth Coordinator drives advisor activation and expansion revenue within StratiFi's existing account base. This role owns two critical motions: enrolling advisors in AdvisorIQ training sessions to protect enterprise renewals, and booking product demos within Compliance IQ-only accounts to unlock AdvisorIQ expansion opportunities. The CS team owns account prioritization and provides the outreach list — this role executes against it with discipline, tracks every contact, and reports results back.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Enroll 5–7 advisors per week (20–30 per month) in AdvisorIQ training sessions hosted by the CS team

  • Book 5 qualified AdvisorIQ expansion demos per week (1 per day, >70% show rate) within Compliance IQ-only accounts

  • Execute outreach against the account and advisor list provided by the Head of CS, ensuring full coverage and documented outcomes

  • Coordinate training schedules between the CS team and advisors across accounts

  • Maintain clean CRM records of all outreach, enrollment, and expansion activity




Education Requirements:

Good to have a High School Diploma

Skill Requirements:

Must have 2+ years of experience in Proven outbound experience
Nice to have knowledge in Strong phone presence and professional written communication
Nice to have knowledge in Self-directed and accountable to measurable targets
Must have 1+ years of experience in Hubspot Experience
Nice to have knowledge in Experience calling into financial services or wealth management
Nice to have knowledge in Background in training enrollment, event coordination, or similar outreach
