Free sign up. No payment details needed until a candidate is confirmed for onboarding.

Step 02
Go to 'Request new resources' under 'Staffing' tab & choose 'Contractor Plan'
Submit your job details along with budget and preferred sourcing location (local on-site/remote or national/international remote)
(2 to 5 business days to source curated profiles) -
Step 03
Review profiles & provide interview slots
You will see curated profiles along with their pay expectations & monthly hiring costs (Bill Rate multiplied by average hours per month).
(2 to 5 business days to complete interview process) -
Step 04
Review offer, approve & pay to onboard the selected candidate
System confirms job offer with the candidate, generates offer & monthly hiring cost to review & approve in the platform.
Pay a one-time onboarding deposit* to confirm the hire. Monthly hiring cost is billed in arrears based on actual hours worked, invoiced, and auto-debited on the 1st of the following month.Happy employment/contracting*The deposit is equal to one month's hiring cost. This deposit is used to cover any overtime or ad hoc bonuses/incentives you approve throughout the contract. -
Step 05
Contract completed or ends mid-contract (initiated by the facility or your candidate in the platform)
Your monthly billing for this employment/contract ends.
Your deposit is refunded after deducting the final month's hiring cost, any unpaid dues, or any severance owed to the contractor.
