How to Submit a Purple Squirrel Plan Request to Manage the Payrolling of Your Remote Worker?

Step 1: Log in to your account

You can find the login button on our main website in the header. For quick access, click here. Login to your Global Squirrels account using your email ID and password which you have utilized while registering.

Step 2: Choose the plan from Dashboard

You will be redirected to Global Squirrels’ dashboard where you will find the three plans with pricing details and features of the plan. Navigate through the dashboard and click on the “Choose Plan” button.

Step 3: Fill in personal details of the resource

While choosing our Purple Squirrel plan, you will be able to manage the payrolling of your remote resource which you have already hired from other countries. We will manage benefits, payrolling, compliances, and more HR solutions.
In this step, you need to fill in the personal details of your resources such as First Name, Second Name, Personal Email, and Personal Phone Number. Then click on the “Continue” button to proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Fill work details of the employee

In this step, you need to enter the work details of your employee. These details include Employee Work Email, Employee Work Phone, Employee Working Hours, and Timezone. Proceed to the next step by clicking on the “Continue” button.

Step 5: Enter the job details of your employee

Along with the personal and work details of resources, it is significant to cite the job details to produce the offer letter with full-fledged information. In this step, you need to fill in the job details like Job Title, Job Duties, Expected Start Date, and Monthly Gross Pay. Proceed to the next step and you are just one step away from placing your request.

Step 6: Mention work location information

It’s the final step of the request submission where you need to enter the details of the employee’s work location. Fill in details like Home Address and Work Address here. It will register the location details of the employee for future purposes. Now click on the “Submit” button and finish the request process.

After finishing entering all the required details, you will be redirected to the page where you will find the “View Details” button. Click on it and you will be forwarded to the request details page.
