Go to 'Request new resources' under 'Staffing' tab & choose 'Blue Plan: Employee'
Submit your job details along with budget and preferred office location where the resource should work from.

Step 03
Review profiles & provide interview slots
You will see curated profiles along with their pay expectations & monthly hiring costs (Bill Rate multiplied by average hours per month).

Step 04
Review offer, approve & pay to onboard the selected candidate to start working from the selected office location of ours
System confirms job offer with the candidate, generates offer & monthly hiring cost to review & approve in the platform
Pay one month *deposit & confirm subscription of monthly hiring cost with start date same as the contract start date via ACH. Works like renting an apartment.Happy employment/contracting*Deposit is equal to one month hiring cost for employees sourced from all countries except for Mexico. For Mexico the deposit requirement is equal to 3 months hiring cost since Mexico requires 3-month severance to terminate an employee. -
Step 05
Contract completed or ends mid-contract (initiated by you or your resource in the platform)
Your monthly subscription for this employment ends.
Your deposit + hiring costs related to any unpaid leaves taken throughout the employment is refunded after deducting any severance fee that needs to be paid to the employee.
