Step 01
Sign up
Free sign up. No payment details needed until a candidate is confirmed for onboarding.

Step 02
Go to 'Request new resources', toggle to 'Payrolling/Payments' tab & choose 'Purple Plan: Freelancer'
Provide your freelancer details along with pay rate & contract details for us to onboard as a freelancer.
(1 business day to confirm contract with the freelancer) -
Step 03
Review offer, approve & pay
System generates contract & monthly hiring cost (Bill Rate multiplied by contracted hours per month) to review & approve in the platform.
Pay one month *deposit & confirm subscription of monthly hiring cost with start date same as the employment start date via ACH. Works like renting an apartment.Happy Contracting*The deposit is intended to cover any additional hours worked by the freelancer beyond the agreed schedule. It will be refunded at the end of the contract, after deducting payments for any extra hours worked beyond the contracted hours. -
Step 04
Contract Ended (As per the contract end date, or terminated mid-contract by you or your freelancer on the platform)
Your monthly subscription for the contract ends.
Your deposit + hiring costs related to any hours not worked during the contract, will be refunded after deducting any payments made to the freelancer for additional hours worked beyond the contracted hours.
